Only a few weeks left until josh and amy’s wedding day and I must admit that even I am excited for this great day! I mean finally, we will have the chance of being left in peace on fb from all the millions of countdown msg’s that we are subjected to against our will
We might finally be able to hear about something else… hopefully not honeymoon details please. But seriously, I am wishing you guys all the best for your special day together. So totz looking forward to sharing it with you both and seeing your lit-up faces gazing ever so gay-ly into each others eyes… not to mention the copious amounts of kissing that we are bound to see
.
This invitation video was both stressful and fun to make. We had a very short timeline to work with and there were several major problems during the shoot(s). I’m super stoked with the result however. We shot and edited this puppy in only a few days thanks to a stack of help very some very special friends of mine.
Thanks to Matt and Katie for everything - it certainly wouldn’t have been so good without you. Matt helped me brainstorm, edit and just complete the whole project in general. Matt also kindly let me use his 5D, lenses, cinevate slider, tripods during the shoot and his mac-book pro to edit on. Em helped with planning, setting up shots, painting the signs and carrying all the equipment around the place. A massive thanks to Josh and Amy for being so in love, kissing a lot and dealing with all the changes (and ideas) during the shoot - you guys very willing to go with anything and trust us completely while we do our thing. It seriously helps!
All in all - very happy with the product and heaps of good times shared along the way. This is honestly one of my favorite videos I’ve worked on lately and I’m so glad it was for such a special couple.
Congratulations guys, love you both heaps and wish you all the best.
I’ve officially finished Josh & Amy’s DVD invites and soon I’ll be posting the long-awaited clip for you all to have a look at. I think we might wait until the guests get to see them first, but soon after - watch this space for an exclusive look at a very exciting little clip.
I’m pretty chuffed with how it turned out really… I’ll leave you with a few photos of the project over the past few weeks of work.
enjoy

…after much time spent shooting the invite in Toowoomba, editing it for days, making a cool menu and burning 4 billion copies of it we are finally finished and it’s ready to be sent… stay tuned and watch this space for the exclusive clip coming soon!
This is the “save the date” video from Josh & Amy’s engagement party. Needless to say - we had HEAPS of fun making this video in a random field in Toowoomba. Lots of… interesting stories
Although this wasn’t the official engagement shoot for Josh & Amy, there was still some beautiful photos that I thought were worth sharing from our little adventure.
Congratulations to you both on your engagement! You guys are so fun to take pictures of and you make such a sweet couple!!!
I just found the REAL source of Wednesday’s Duststorm. I realized my friend Matt was not only present at the birth of the dust cloud that swept the nation the other day, he was fortunate enough to be recording at the time and captured the whole thing on camera!
Check out Matt’s amazing video!
a few minutes after the dust settled, the cloud had vanished and was well on it’s way to covering the rest of the nation with a layer of dirt.
Matt! I can’t believed that you were at the birth of this amazing phenomenon!
Matt was unfortunate enough to lose a camera during the filmming of this event.

So there we have it. The worst dust storm in 70 years, costing our economy over a billion dollars.
Can’t believe that it all came from an explosion that Matt was at somewhere in the outback… Amazing.
